The only thing you need is dedication and consistency.
The routine ;
1:Hold plank for 3 sets in the morning prior to your breakfast,keep increasing time
accordingly under the plank.
Bonus tip : squeeze your abdomen as much as you can during plank.
2:If you are going to gym then go for deadlift,bent over rows and dumbell single arm
row.
3:Go for leg raises.
Bonus tip:keep your glutes squeezed.
4: abs wheel roller: Do it .
Caution: Keep you back straight otherwise it may result in some serious injury.
5:Drink lots of water.
6:Hold on vaccum for a minute or two.
If you perform these exercises alternative days I can assure you will be having those six
packs soon.
