• Which is better, almonds or peanuts?

Other common vitamins within almonds and peanuts include B and E, although in different proportions. If looking to engage in a higher intake of antioxidant vitamin E,
then you may want to consider almonds, as one ounce will provide 45 percent of the
recommended daily intake of this nutrient.

On the other hand, peanuts are better sources of B vitamins, including folate and niacin.

One ounce of peanuts offers 10 percent of your daily folate requirements and about 24
percent of the recommended niacin intake. Almonds have less of these helpful vitamins.

Both of them are good sources of magnesium, but almonds have a little higher content
    than cashews.

Almonds contain twice the iron and five times the calcium as peanuts, but they are equal
    in terms of zinc levels.

It would, therefore, favor almonds in the verdict because they are nutritionally superior,
having higher levels of iron, calcium, magnesium, and healthy fats than peanuts. You
can consult a Dietician/Nutritionist to know more about any particular issue.
