    Fruits: Apples, bananas, berries, citrus fruits, grapes, oranges, pears, etc.

    Vegetables: Broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, leafy greens (kale, spinach),
    mushrooms, peas, potatoes (in moderation), spinach, tomatoes, yams, zucchini, etc.

    Grains: Oats, quinoa, barley, brown rice, whole wheat bread, pasta, etc.

    Legumes: Beans (black beans, kidney beans, soybeans), chickpeas, lentils, edamame,
    etc.

    Other: Tofu, seitan, tempeh (meat substitutes), and some fortified foods.

    The above mentioned food items are Fat-Free and Cholesterol-Free Foods.

    The human body naturally needs a balanced amount of fats and cholesterol. So, don t
    consider fats and cholesterol bad for your health. Taking a limited and good-quality
    amount of fats and cholesterol-containing food is also good for your health.
