Sun protection and whitening: Watermelon has a high water content and is rich in a
variety of chemical components that are beneficial to health and beauty.

It contains amino acids, including important metabolic components such as adenine,
sugars, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.

These ingredients are easily absorbed by human skin and are very effective in moisturizing, sun protection and whitening facial skin.

After eating watermelon, you can apply the white rind to your face for about 15 minutes
to make your skin delicate and shiny.

Yes, watermelon is good for you! It is low in calories and high in water content (about
92%), making it a great hydrating snack. Here are some of its health benefits:

Nutrient-Rich: Watermelon is a good source of vitamins A and C, which are important for
    skin health and immune function.

Hydration: Due to its high water content, it helps keep you hydrated, especially in hot
    weather.

Antioxidants: It contains antioxidants like lycopene, which may help reduce the risk of
certain chronic diseases, including heart disease and some cancers.

Amino Acids: Watermelon has citrulline, an amino acid that may improve blood flow and
    reduce muscle soreness.

Low in Calories: It s a great option for those looking to manage their weight, as it s low
in calories and can help satisfy sweet cravings.

Overall, watermelon can be a delicious and healthy addition to your diet!

There is an item known as "seedless watermelon", but there is
    a specific name for it...yet, I can't recall it.

It can also be awfully sticky, so you better have plenty of
napkins or paper towels. Whenever my late father brought some
home, we'd cut it up on old newspaper, to absorb the mess.

Then, you have the "boneless watermelon" in the store...where
some employee put the "boneless" decal on the package. <G>

In the community of Hope in southwest Arkansas, they have an
annual watermelon festival in August. One year, there was a
record setting 275 pound watermelon...that'd feed a lot of
    folks!!
