activity seem to lower cancer risk, antioxidant supplements when studied, paradoxically
seem to increase cancer risk.
There may be a fine line in oxidation within our bodies that is most optimal.
It may be that some level of oxidation is helpful because that is the process by which
our bodies can eliminate cancer cells and infectious agents like bacteria.
Our bodies create free radicals that oxidize bad things.
Studies on antioxidants consistently show that they aren't helpful in lowering cancer risk
