The following are thoughts about high blood pressure from a Well Experienced Pharma
    Sales Marketing:

Fasting is a quick way to fix Hypertension.

Every time you eat Carbs, your body produces Insulin to get your Glucose levels down.

Insulin is a key factor in Salt retention.

    Low Glucose = Low Insulin

Low Insulin = Low Salt Retention

Low Salt Retention = Low Blood Pressure

Fasting has worked alongside other dietary strategies as well, such as the Mediterranean:

A study carried out in Germany with 71 volunteers, who had Metabolic Syndrome and
    High Systolic Blood Pressure.

This study showed that dieting can have very positive results, but this change is
preceded by Fasting, the effects are even greater.

Volunteers were divided into two random groups.

Both groups followed a dietetic approach to Hypertension in a Mediterranean style.

One of the groups did not consume any solid Food for five days before starting the Diet.

The researchers analyzed the stool samples to understand the effects of Fasting on the
    Gut Microbiome.

They then noticed that the innate Immune System was stable during Fasting, while the
adaptive Immune System was turned off.

In the course of the process, the number of Pro-Inflammatory T Cells dropped, while the
    regulatory ones increased.

Gut Bacteria worked alongside the Immune System.

The Gut Bacteria ecosystem changed completely during Fasting.

It's as if health-promoting Bacteria multiply to Lower Blood Pressure as well.

The most interesting thing is that this change was maintained in the long term, even
    after starting the new Diet.

So, we conclude that Fasting can help in this process.

    Hypertension can be easily fixed:

    - Fast

    - Eat Real Food

    - Eat Less Carbs

    Mike,

Fasting is a quick way to fix Hypertension.

Every time you eat Carbs, your body produces Insulin to get
    your Glucose levels down.

First, I think of these memes:

    1) "When told to cut carbs, I sliced a pizza".

    2) The blonde was asked if she wanted her pizza cut in 6 or 8 slices, she
said "Better make it 6...I don't think I can eat 8".

    3) A large pizza is on a table, and the cat is in the chair. The caption
notes "I don't know if this will solve all of my problems, but it's worth verifying".

I still have some of the Kroger 3 minute microwave pizzas left. The only variety that I don't care for is Supreme...but I like the varieties of
Cheese, Pepperoni, Combination (sausage and pepperoni), Three Meat (I want
to say ham, sausage, and pepperoni), and my new favorite, Barbecue Chicken.

Second, I'm on a diet on Starkist Tuna Salad Sandwiches and Funions, with Kraft Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce. No cooking involved, and each meal is a couple of sandwiches, with 2 small bags of the Funions, and all are rather
    low in carb content.

The main parts I like with the tuna is that it's high in protein, the pouches aren't that expensive, one pouch can make 2 sandwiches, and it has several varieties. My favorites are Deli Style, Ranch, Bacon Ranch, Hickory Smoke, Honey Barbecue (my favorite), Lemon Pepper plus Herb and Garlic.

I have enough of those to last me into March...and I can switch out the varieties each day.

I wash it all down with no sugar, 5 calorie fruit punch powdered drink
mix. To me, it tastes better than plain water, and I try to drink 2 quarts
    of that every day.
