    To reduce your sugar level, you can do this:

    Reduce sugary foods - sweet, chocolate, cold drinks, cakes, reduce all of them.

    Eat healthy foods- vegetables, low-sugar fruits, legumes, nuts, and wheat.

    Daily walking/exercise - Walk or do yoga for at least 30 minutes.

    Drink more water - Drink plain water instead of juice and soda.

    Proper sleep - Getting enough sleep reduces stress and also controls blood sugar.

    Small meals - Eat small amount 4 5 times a day, rather than eating too much at once.

    Avoid junk food - Eat less fried and package foods.

    If you already have diabetes or high blood sugar, you should definitely seek medical
    advice.
