So I just found my favourite MUD from 33 years ago has had something of a ressurection. Shattered World, shattered.org 23.
I actually used this thing before I started using BBS. Would jump on the deadly treadly and wheel over to the Monash Uni campus and play all night, well till they shut the public room.. ~11:30pm or so.
Cool! I had friends who were into MUDs. It's what first got me into Linux: I set up a server for friends to run a MUD on. I never got
immersed into a MUD, but i did play EverQuest and World of Warcraft
up to level 20 before i "called it good."
What do you use for your client? Plain old telnet? Tinyfugue?

Forgive my ignorance, but the only thing I know about Hungary is the Austro-Hungarian empire, which makes me ask, is it in German?
