yep... mci codes. What's wrong with them? :) strmci/str2mci is a very helpful command in MPL. :)
If I recall, Mystic was counting the MCI codes as part of the text string
when trying to center into columns, as an example. I'll have to read up on the strmci and str2mci functions .. thank you.
I also want to be able to create a boolean with various user features: voting, FTN messages, netmail, new files, since last call. If new email since last call (pipe code MU) is true, have it write a string such as "You have new mail" otherwise "No new mail." Etc..
I'll have to look at some of my (and others) old code and see how that is done. It's been about 8 months since I touched mpl :)
