I just noticed it said ._file_id.diz, so it was
    in /opt/mystic/temputil/._file_id.diz

    Good you found it :)

In which temp directory? I don't see anything in echomail/out

It would be in the actual "TEMP" directories. Check \mystic\temputil\ and I think you'll find the culprit! The log is just Mystic saying "hey this file
is here when I'm trying to toss stuff" and it shouldn't hurt anything other than your log files!

You have a file stuck in your temp directory called file_id.diz

How did it get there in the first place?

I found the way it happens last night. I think you had a file uploaded with a _file_id.diz file in it (note the underscore) and Mystic was trying to process it for a file description. But it couldn't delete the file afterwards because it only actually deletes the standard filenames (file_id.diz and file_id.ans).

I've changed it last night so that it will only ever import "file_id.diz" or "file_id.ans" files so the "_" prefixed file will never get processed in
future which will correct the problem.

    Great news :)
