So some of you might know that I have been working on a BBS game called OfficeSpace from the MRC discussions.
The nature of the game does require centralized hosting as it operates as a sort of "MMO". Users can connect to the system and login, accessing their characters directly.
The game uses a moving mapping system similar to Arrow Bridge or LORD2. Enemies are randomly generated, as are events. There are quests, npcs, objects, items, "spells", terminal access, and other things to interact with. There is no 'daily limit' on moves like other BBS games used to limit daily actions.

It sounds interesting. From the name, it sounded like something that might be based on the movie Office Space (1999), but from the description, it sounds like it's not?

I know yer in beta, but if you ever offer this as an RLOGIN/server door, lemme know and I'll steer 2oFB users to it!!+
You should be able to push users to a outgoing telnet connection; bbs.archaicbinary.net on port 2225
That should bring them to the user login and then directly into the
game. If this is not working please let me know as it works for me directly connecting.
What I need at the moment is more people looking at it/playing so I get more direction.
