Cloud will increase through the day, with partly cloudy skies in the morning giving way to mostly cloudy conditions by afternoon. Scattered rain showers will develop, most frequent in western and northwestern areas with a 30-40 percent chance of precipitation, though amounts will generally remain under 2 mm. Patchy light fog will affect some inland and sheltered coastal areas during the morning hours. Temperatures will reach 12-18?C, coolest on the islands and exposed northwestern coasts, warmest in southeastern inland areas.
