My board has been offline for a week unbeknownst to me, and when I went to investigate, NET2BBS.exe had been quarantined by Defender.
(For the uninitiated, NETFOSS+NET2BBS is a Telnet->Fossil toolchain to get DOS16 BBSes and Doors working on Win32)
I'm running my board on Windows 10 x86 IoT Enterprise LTSC, version 21H2. AFAIK this still receives security updates, so it's very possible that a virus signature update for Defender is the root cause.
