I got it and sent it over to Marc Lewis who is the RC for Florida. As you can imagine, people are a bit preoccupied with COVID and all. If he doesn't get back to you in the next few days let me know.

He's also my RC, and is MIA for about 3/4 of the year, every year. What was your old node number, if I may ask? I happen to be an NC in region 11, and might be able to help - with or without the RC. ;)

Unfortunately that net no longer exists, and making a net for a single node probably wouldn't go over well. What state are you in? It could still be possible for you to keep the node portion.

That's true, and IMO part of the role of a moderator is to consolidate
or close it up if there's no activity. Fido, for example started consolidating some of the echoes, but getting echoes off of systems is
the challenge - it's too easy for sysops to leave dead or disconnected echoes on systems.
What I've always wanted is to have a BBS that, when connected to the entire backbone, if it receives a message would auto-create a BBS area
and keep a tally of when areas were last accessed. An area isn't
accessed for a year? Auto-remove the area.
The monthly ghost-town moderator rules postings would break that
though.
Yeah, another tough one. Perhaps there needs to be ignore parameters - ignore certain posters and topics when calculating the idle timeout.
That would at least allow echos to be closed down, even if there are
auto posting.
