Drones attacked Lukoil oil refinery 1,700 km from Ukraine; black smoke rose over Russian city of Ukhta
On the morning of October 9, drones attacked the Russian city of Ukhta in the Komi Republic, located approximately 1,700 km from the Ukrainian border. According to monitoring sources, a Lukoil oil refinery was hit. Local residents heard explosions and saw black smoke rising above the city.
