    EU will not reinstate sanctions against Usmanov and Fridman in near future, - Kallas

    The EU?s High Representative, Kaja Kallas, has stated that the European Union will not, in the near future, raise the issue of reimposing sanctions on the Russian oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman, who were recently removed from the sanctions lists.
