    Zelenskyy appoints new HACC judges: needed to unlock EUR 300 million from EU

    President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees appointing 16 judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC). The appointments are required to secure between EUR 250 million and EUR 300 million from the EU under the Ukraine Facility
    programme.
