Belarus begins openly recruiting citizens into Russian army for war against Ukraine ? FISU
Belarus has seen the launch of its first recruitment website in the country?s national domain zone openly offering citizens contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry to take part in the war against Ukraine. Belarusians are being promised tens of thousands of dollars in payments.
