Panic is growing among Russian propagandists over Russia?s technological helplessness and the war moving deep into the rear. Censor.NET reports that one of the Kremlin?s main mouthpieces, Alexander Kots, has openly admitted that there are no safe places left in Russia and that the country is fully dependent on China.
