Russia has twice attacked rescuers in Nikopol with FPV drones. PHOTOS

On 19 May in Nikopol, Russian forces carried out two targeted attacks using FPV drones against State Emergency Service (SES) rescue workers who were heading to extinguish a fire in a residential building following shelling.
