I think there are plenty of Democrats who are now (finally!) seeing where the party is going. They know that the vast majority of Americans will reject socialism and if they stick with the Democrat party, they are going to go down.

The problem with those people is that they spent the last X decades tieing themselves to the "Democrat" label. They can't move to the Republican side because Republican's won't trust them.

So they are trying to craft a Narrative to save their jobs.

John Fetterman has been the only Democrat to speak out about his party in recent times. Recently some have came out to sign the contract with America promising them Republican like promises... Capitalism, secure borders... and so on.

It's funny how this came out recently after the NY Sh!t Show with electing commies. It's funny they said the few things to win over the base that's leaving... And they never said what their policies were...

Again, Fetterman is the only one who has courage in that party.

I agree to some point... The Democrats seem to walk in lock-step. When one doesn't march the correct way they through them under the bus so quickly... ie Swalwell.. and the like.

I think the march in unison because the party leaders have dirt on every one of them.

I see it that way too. They nominate sleazeballs with sleazy backgrounds because sleazeballs are more likely to do whatever dirty deed that is assigned to them. As an added bonus, sleazeball candidates are easy to dispose of when necessary.

Michigan recently had a high profile case that made it to the Supreme Count about property taxes, seizures, etc. tl;dr; Over a $2000 tax dispute, the county seized the property, sold it for far less than it was worth, then the seller sold it for the market price and made a profit.

The tax dispute made it to the local court who ruled in favor of the home owner - so the county didn't have the authority to seize the property in the first place.

The gov't has way too much power to seize our property today.

The same in Florida... the State only wants what owed to them and sometimes properties are bought for the price of the property taxes owed. You'd think they'd make a better way of doing it.

freeze bank accounts... Income taxes... the list goes on and on. I was part of a real estate transaction years ago where the seller didn't want something that was added, it was a water line, so he ignored the bill from the city and during the closing the city got their money before he got his...

I just think there are better ways of handling things than taking someone's house.

The only poll that I believe in is the actual election. Trump had been talking about "Iran must never have a nuclear weapon" all throughout his campaign. The "war" and the gas prices are no shocker to me.

In this Michigan case, the property was worth about $200,000 (according to the county). It was seized over a "unpaid" property tax of about $2000. It sold at auction for $57,000, so the ex-owner got $55,000 and the new owner flipped it for $250,000.

This is gov't committed fraud.

I would say that most people believe that. That's why the elimination of the property tax is high on people's lists. In the end, we'll pay the same amount in taxes. But if someone doesn't pay, they can't take their house.

1. Want to be in the Elitist class - but really will never be.
2. Useless people who want to continue to get hand outs.
3. Stupid people who think that communism can work this time.

He would probably just stop funding his plants - which is what really scares the Dems and Media: No more Soros dollars propping them up.
