That isn't a bad thing, what is a bad thing is selectively using the criminal justice system for personal retaliation and political gain. Which is what the current adminsitration is doing.

As school boards are generally locally run and controlled (carroted Federal Money), I am very curious to confirm.

On side note: Enough with whataboutism, people wonder why on the whole (or hole), nothing seems to change. The justice system would tell us, "You can not use someone elses bad behvior as a defense for your own." So, why do we tolerate it when it is done by government employee's or our leaders?

Most of the other small fries that have been caught are probably only 1 cup of water each.

Trump is NOT using the criminal justice system for retribution.

he's using the system as described... Grand Jury sees evidence and recommends charges... and the courts will handle the evidence.

If there was no evidence he would not have plead guilty... Merrick Garland was tapped for investigation from the DOJ because of his memos to the FBI to investigate Catholic parents at school board meetings. Biden didn't like him enough to do an auto-pen pardon for him.

1. Refused to remove invalid voters from the voter rolls.
