    There are people who don't like Kamala but dislike Trump more and will vote for her, or who won't vote at all, because of it.

    Many a country leader has gotten the crown of leadership because of this. We do it in Canada all the time. Careful you don't crown a Pitbull terrior. :-)

    Yeah, part of what got Trump elected in 2016 was his message and the
    general unhappiness with were the country was going. The other part was
    that a lot of people really didn't like Hillary Clinton.

    In 2020, Trump only preached to his base, which liked him being extra
    "mean." People turned off by that turned to Biden.

    So, yeah, it happens here, too. ;)
