First of all, all those soldiers need to stay away 1,5 meter from eachother to ensure proper social distancing. That army, as a
consequence is going to be massively spread-out and not a viable
fighting force anymore.
And how do you implement corona-measures in the enclosed confines of a tank?
Second, Tchernobyl is in Ukraine. Russia really wants it back as well?
