      Title: Curried Chicken & Winter Vegetable Stew

      Yield: 6 servings
 
           Cooking spray
      1 lb Boned, skinned chicken; in
           - 1/2" cubes
      1 tb Curry powder
  3 1/2 c  Chicken broth
     14 oz Can diced tomatoes
      2 md Turnips; in 1" pieces
      2 md Carrots; halved lengthwise,
           - cut across in 1" slices
      1 md Onion; chopped
    1/4 c  Tomato paste
    1/2 c  Raisins
 
  Spray large saucepan with cooking spray; heat over
  medium heat. Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, 5
  minutes, or until lightly browned. Add curry powder;
  cook and stir 1 minute.
  
  Stir in broth, tomatoes, turnips, carrots, onion, tomato
  paste, and raisins, if desired. Bring to a boil. Reduce
  heat; simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 15
  minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  
  Yield: 6 servings
