    Title: Sweet Potato Pachadi
    Categories: Chutney, Indian, Salads
    Yield: 1 Batch

    5 Sweet potatoes; baked
    1 ts Cinnamon
    1 ts Nutmeg
    3 tb Honey
    1 c Coconut; grated
    2 c Cream

    Blend all items together except coconut. After blending, add coconut.
