1 cn Cream corn
1 cn Kernel corn; drained
1 c Croutons; up to 2 c
2 1/2 c Cheese; grated; separated *
* I use combo of cheddar and mozzarella.
Drain kernel corn. Add both cans of com into casserole dish. Add 1 cup
croutons and 1 cup cheese and mix thoroughly. Spread remaining cheese
on top. Sprinkle remaining croutons on top of cheese and bake in a
350?F oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
