Title: Fresh Veggie Pockets

8 oz Tub spreadable cream cheese
1/4 c Sunflower kernels
1 ts Seasoned salt
4 Whole wheat (6") pita
- breads; halved
1 md Tomato; thin sliced
1 md Cucumber. thin sliced
1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Ripe avocado; pitted, peeled
- and sliced
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sunflower
kernels and seasoned salt; spread about 2 tablespoons on
the inside of each pita half. Layer with the tomato,
cucumber, mushrooms and avocado.
