1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/2 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Honey
ds Ground ginger
6 lg Hard-boiled eggs; coarse
- chopped
3 Green onions; sliced
6 sl Whole wheat bread
Tomato slices
Cracked pepper
Mix the first 4 ingredients; stir in eggs and green
onions. Spread on bread. If desired, top with tomato and
sprinkle with pepper.
