    Title: Tofu Pasta Avocado Salad

    8 oz Tofu
    1/2 lg Avocado (1 sm)
    2 c Cooked pasta spirals
    2/3 c Sour cream
    1/2 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Nutmeg
    1/2 ts Ground coriander
    1/2 tb Capers; +1 ts brine
    1/8 ts Mace
    1/4 ts Ginger powder
    1 ts Lemon juice
    Salt; to taste
    Black pepper;
    - freshly ground,
    - to taste

    Cut the tofu and avocado into small pieces. Combine all ingredients.
