    2 tb Fresh parsley;
    - finely chopped
    2 c Cooked red kidney beans
    1/2 c Tomatoes; skinned, chopped
    1/2 c Bell pepper; chopped
    1/2 c Fenugreek sprouts

    2 tb Olive oil
    2 tb Tarragon herbed vinegar
    Salt; to taste
    Black pepper;
    - freshly milled,
    - to taste

    Combine all ingredients and serve.
