    Title: Turkish Pasta

    Yield: 4 servings

    MMMMM---------------------------PASTA--------------------------------
    8 oz Bowtie or shell pasta
    Salt: for boiling pasta

    MMMMM-------------------------MEAT SAUCE------------------------------
    1 lb Ground beef
    1 md Onion; chopped
    2 ts Paprika
    1 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Curry powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper

    MMMMM--------------------YOGURT-GARLIC SAUCE-------------------------
    1 c Plain Greek yogurt
    2 cl Garlic; minced
    1/4 ts Salt

    MMMMM-------------------BUTTER PAPRIKA SAUCE:------------------------
    4 tb Unsalted butter
    2 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Dried mint
    1/4 ts Pepper

    MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH-------------------------------
    1/2 c Cherry tomatoes; halved
    1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta;

    cook according to the package instructions. Drain; set
    aside.

    Meanwhile, to make meat sauce, heat a large skillet over
    medium-high heat. Add ground beef; cook until browned,
    5-6 minutes. Add chopped onion, paprika, onion powder,
    curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook another 4-5 minutes
    or until ground meat mixture becomes crispy on the
    edges. Remove from heat; set aside.

    To make yogurt sauce, in a small bowl, stir together
    yogurt, garlic and salt. Cover; refrigerate until ready
    to use.

    To make butter sauce, melt butter in a small saucepan
    over medium-low heat. Add paprika, mint and pepper; stir
    together. Remove from heat; set aside.

    To serve, transfer cooked pasta to a large serving dish.
    Top with dollops of yogurt garlic sauce and the ground
    beef mixture. Drizzle with butter sauce. To garnish, top
    with tomatoes and parsley. Serve immediately.
