    Title: Bacon Cheeseburger Tater Tot Bake

    Yield: 12 Servings

    2 lb Ground beef
    1 lg Onion; chopped, divided
    15 oz Can tomato sauce
    1 tb Ground mustard
    1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz Velveeta
    2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
    12 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
    32 oz Bag frozen Tater Tots
    1 c Grape tomatoes; chopped
    1/3 c Sliced dill pickles

    Set oven @ 400┬║F/205┬║C.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and 1 cup
    onion, crumbling meat, until beef is no longer pink and
    onion is tender, 6-8 minutes; crumble meat; drain. Stir
    in tomato sauce, Velveeta, mustard and Worcestershire
    sauce until cheese is melted, 4-6 minutes.

    Transfer to a greased 13" X 9" or 3 1/2 qt. baking dish.
    Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon. Top with Tater
    Tots. Bake, uncovered, 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Top with tomatoes, pickles and remaining onion.

    Title: Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole
    Categories: Pasta, Seafood, Dairy, Cheese, Breads
    Yield: 6 servings

    5 c Uncooked egg noodles
    1 c Frozen peas
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
    - undiluted
    1 c Sour cream
    2/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c Milk
    1/4 ts Salt
    10 oz (2 cans) light tuna in
    - water; drained, flaked
    1/4 c Fine chopped onion
    1/4 c Fine chopped green pepper

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    1/2 c Soft bread crumbs
    1 tb Butter; melted

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Cook noodles according to package directions for al
    dente, adding peas during the last minute of cooking;
    drain.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream,
    cheese, milk and salt; stir in tuna, onion and pepper.
    Add noodles and peas; toss to combine.

    Transfer to an 11" X 7" baking dish coated with cooking
    spray. In a small bowl, toss bread crumbs with melted
    butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, 25-30
    minutes or until bubbly.
