    I tried to dload TinyTic from you web page at outpostbbs.net but the links are broken. Any chance these links can be fixed?

    I need to remove that entirely since I no longer support it.

    Try looking at https://sourceforge.net/projects/tinytic.ftnapps.p for an updated version of TinyTIC but I believe it is no longer supported.

    Yes I tried that. Inside it states that there is tinytic.exe but it is not. From what I can see it needs to be compiled in Linux to get it. But I cannot
    do that. I don't have Linux.
