So you should either use a real fidonet zone that matches the one for the connected system, or use a 5D address, with something other then "@fidonet"

A BinkP session uses a single dash (-) character to indicate there is no password. This applies to both plain-text and CRAM-MD5 sessions.
I apologize if this could offend anyone. There was an idea to make a script to check the performance of nodes using a nodelist, but so that
all the declared IP addresses would be checked. The test results showed that I cannot find complete documentation on binkp.
