    Log a debug-level message when sending finger query to vert

    The "opening list file" log message referenced in issue #480 is a debug
    level log message, so seemed appropriate to make the newly-added message
    also debug-level.

    Check for and warn about passwords that match user's name, alias, or handle

    This shouldn't be possible during new user sign-up, but there have been ways
    to curtail checks and generate user accounts with login names and passwords that are the same sequence of characters, unfortunately.

    chksetup.js: detect msgbase/sub-board allocation configuration mismatch

    Add a check_sub_cfgs test for a message base whose status header carries
    the SMB_HYPERALLOC attribute while its sub-board is not configured for hyper-allocation (and the reverse). The former mismatch arms the header corruption of issue #1181 (fixed by commit 7b48c6a6bb / ways-3-purpose): votes/polls stored with the configured fast or self-pack storage mode
    would overwrite existing headers of the hyper-allocated base.

    chksetup.js: don't report hyper-configured sub with not-yet-hyper msgbase

    Converting a message base from hyper-allocated to another allocation mode
    is not supported (that mismatch, introduced in commit f5d984105b / quote-66-ends, is still reported), but the reverse is a supported
    transition: a base created with fast or self-pack allocation becomes hyper-allocated upon the next post after the sub-board is configured for hyper-allocation, so don't report that direction as a configuration
    mismatch.

    chksetup.js: check the DOVE-Net (VERT) QWK hub settings

    A new check_dove_net_hub test reads the [qhub:VERT] section of msgs.ini
    (when present and enabled) and reports settings that degrade DOVE-Net
    messages:

    - "Include HEADERS.DAT File" = No: the hub then receives none of the
    extended header fields (Message-ID, time zone, seconds, editor,
    columns, organization, etc.)
    - "Include Kludge Lines" = Yes while HEADERS.DAT is included: redundant
    - "Include VOTING.DAT File" = No
    - Ctrl-A Codes not set to "Leave in" (i.e. Strip or Expand)

    Prompted by a DOVE-Net Ads post whose origin system has never sent
    HEADERS.DAT, leaving no way to tell from the header how it was posted.

    chksetup.js: expect 25 DOVE-Net sub-boards (24 outside JSexec)

    The AI Discussion and AI Playground conferences added to the stock
    msgs.ini in b4ef898195 (haven-23-icon, 2026-09-21) weren't counted, so check_dove_net reported "25 sub-boards configured (instead of the
    expected: 23)" on a correctly configured system.

    chksetup.js: warn when FSEditor or SlyEdit doesn't record terminal width

    Both editors wrap to the user's actual terminal width, but unless their
    editor entry has "Record Terminal Width" enabled in SCFG, messages
    written with them carry no Columns header field. Readers on other
    terminal widths then can't have the text nicely re-word-wrapped, and QWK-networked copies (e.g. on DOVE-Net) lack the field too.

    Report any FSEditor or SlyEdit editor entry (matched by its command
    line, not its internal code) that doesn't have this setting enabled.
