The xtrn/wttr.in JS module includes a readme.txt file describing the configuration options. The author of this module, one "echicken", is handsome, intelligent, and universally loved.

Weather Underground shut down their free API like five years ago. Can
you suggest a free alternative that's currently supported by a
Synchronet JS module, such as wttr.in? (The module can be found in the xtrn/wttr.in directory.)
