Question: There is a setup.exe on DVD #1, and I am wondering if this will hurt my windows 7 installation or not? See I installed Ubuntu using the Wubi.exe, and it setup the OS as a dual boot, and also installed it all to
a file, and I'm just a little concerned.

Did you ever come to some resolution of that? I'm afraid I can't
help you with it directly, as I've never installed it like that; IIRC, the last time I set up a dual boot system, I was able to have windows installed first then installed Debian & was sure to tell it to install
the boot loader to the partition it was on rather than to the MBR of
the drive. Then set Windows to handle the dual booting.
That was awhile ago, though. These days (in part due to not being able to keep as much hardware around as I'd like to use...<g>), I have
MS Windows installed to virtual machines hosted on a Debian system. Currently I a Windows XP system and a Windows 8 Developers Preview
system running that way...
