Has anybody had any luck installing the original Yankee Trader (YT30.zip) door game on Synchronet 3x telnet under windows?

Also, what about Cripple Smash?

I'm wondering if these doors require a software virtual modem in order to run, and if that means they can not be used in conjunction with Synchronet.
