    The February West Coast Qualifying Run, originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, will now take place on Tuesday, February 26, at 9 PM PST (February 27, 0500 UTC) on 3,590 and 7,047.5 kHz. Speeds will run from 10 - 35 WPM.
