Is the IRCD that you run something other than the Synchronet IRCD?

It's likely that this is an open proxy scanner that's part of the IRC server that you're running. The server accepts the connection that you initiated from node 1, then turns around and attempts to connect to you
on various ports. If it finds an open proxy running on one of those ports, it assumes that you connected to it via the proxy, and handles
you accordingly (disconnects you to prevent spam, etc.)
This is something that you should be able to configure on the server
side, but it's not a problem, and is your IRCD just doing what it's supposed to.
