Is there a way to remove posts from a user that you find unacceptable?
Aye, 'D' in the message reader prompt.

Aye, 'D' in the message reader prompt.Yea I tried that and it didn't work, so I created a new Sub Message Area called JUNK that I only have access to and moved it there. It deleted it when I moved it.
'D' will flag a message for deletion. It will be deleted next time the messa utility is set to run on your BBS to clear deleted/expired messages, IIRC. Anything flagged for deletion, users can't see, if you have not enabled them to view deleted messages.

Am I correct in my assumption that if something is flagged for
deletion as such that it is not forwarded via any networking if on a networked sub-board?
That's true. But I've found that there's always a chance that a message is posted immediately before the network poll, so that there is no time to prevent it from being sent out. If you configure Synchronet to poll the network hub some number of times per day, Synchronet seems to have set times in the day when it polls the hub. I'm not sure if there's an easy way to figure out (or have Synchronet show you) its polling schedule.

Indeed, it's a matter of timing, and you're lucky if you're able to
delete something before it goes out. My BBS polls whenever a message
is posted in a networked sub, so this really isn't even a possibility
for me. On occasion I'll post a message and *then* notice that I've
made a fwe tyops and wish I could correct them, alas I know it's
already been sent out. :|
Oh I can relate to this.... I call it an "Oh Shit" moment.. lol!!

Heh, those are exactly the words that run through my head in that
instant. It's probably for the best that I can't go back to correct things; knowing me I'd spend way too much time editing myself. :|

Thanks,
