Looks like you're looking for a QWK feed but your application states
your tosser and mailer being SBBSECHO and BINKIT? I disabled QWK in
Agoranet probably at least 2-3 years ago or earlier. Sorry, I didn't
notice the email from Andrew stating you were looking for that and he
(or I) didn't offer it any more. I'm guessing you grabbed an old
Agoranet infopack? I'm certain I've removed all of the QWK application
and installation instructions a long time ago, but I could be wrong.
FTP also went by the wayside long ago just due to nobody using it.
Everyone has switched over to binkp over the years.

Either way, the preferred (and nowadays for Agoranet, the only) method
is to setup a binkp mailer and tosser.

And just to be clear. You're not being a pain in the ass, and we're
not ignoring you or trying to delay your application in any way,
shape, or form. I've forwarded your application over to Andrew
(BitByter) who is currently setting new applicants up. He emailed me
back on 7/28 that you were looking for a QWK feed and he doesn't
support it, which is probably within 24 hours of your application and
I just read it today. That's my fault and should have responded to him
and you earlier. ;)

If Andrew has replied to you with something similar, just setup your
mailer (which your application states is BINKIT) and tosser
(SBBSECHO), and let him know you're ready for your feed.
